MO-ARK Kiwanis 2020-2021 Contributions
Foundations and District Youth Funds
Club Budget – $20.00 Per Member Total
The money for the contributions can be taken from either your service fund or administrative fund. Some clubs ask members to each give an extra $20.00 each in their dues. The MO-ARK District requests that you make all these donations in October, November, or December. By doing this during the first quarter of the Kiwanis year, you get it done and are less likely to forget it. Also, it makes the funds available early so the Foundations and Service Leadership organizations can plan wise use of the funds.
Send contributions to:

Your club won’t receive a patch or points but every penny goes to help Key Clubs, Circle K Clubs, Key Leader, or Kamp Kiwanis in Missouri and Arkansas. However, clubs may designate their contribution for other Service Leadership Programs in the District, such as Builders Club or K-Kids, if desired. These are our youth and worthy of our help.

Gifts support grants to Kiwanis clubs, districts and district foundations—allowing them to serve children and communities through projects and initiatives that are close to Kiwanians’ hearts. Gifts also fund Kiwanis’ Service Leadership Programs like Key Leader, Key Club and Circle K.
Today Club honors a club that reaches various per-capita giving average per person. The Kiwanis Loyalty Society honors years of consecutive giving from individuals, clubs and other entities. And the Kiwanis International Foundation President’s Challenge offers recognition opportunities to governors, foundation district chairs and lieutenant governors for helping their districts meet overall giving benchmarks. Missouri-Arkansas Kiwanis District Past Governors Council

To: Mo-Ark Kiwanians
From: Les Mace, Past Mo-Ark Governor
The M-A Fund is used when M0-Ark has a candidate for an elected officer of Kiwanis International.
As we all know, Barbara Thompson is a candidate for the office of Vice President, Kiwanis International. Our desire is that she will be elected during the upcoming Kiwanis International Convention in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Barbara estimates that it will cost at least $2,000.00 to finance the brochures design, printing, mailing, handouts, and other related expenses.
Forward your contribution to: District Secretary, Mary Vaughn, PO Box 115, St Charles, MO 63302.
