Greetings Mo-Ark Kiwanians!

Thank you for all your service and support during this unprecedented time!  We are all missing the opportunity to meet and see each other face to face.  In light of the continued pandemic and risks of in-person gatherings, your Mo-Ark Board of Trustees has agreed to offer our MID-YEAR EDUCATION DAY virtually over Zoom AND at no cost to you or your clubs.  The best news is that space will not be limited, however,  we are asking you to register to attend by March 8 so we can send you the Zoom link.   We are also privileged to have the latest information on these very timely topics presented by Kiwanis International subject experts.

We are inviting you to “Zoom into 2021”

Each year, more than 300,000 youth take part in Kiwanis Service Leadership Programs like K-Kids, Builders Club and Key Club. Also, Kiwanis reaches millions more youth around the world through club and district service projects. When we work with and mentor youth during projects and activities, their care and welfare are entrusted to us. Kiwanis members must know how to protect the youth with whom we interact. When we all share this commitment, we also protect ourselves and the organization we value.

 Q & A – 5 Minutes

11:10- 11:45 Virtual Member Recruitment with service and fundraising ideas – Angie Monger, Development Officer at Kiwanis Children’s Fund

Service is at the heart of Kiwanis. How will your club meet the needs of the community? Once club members come up with a solution, the next question is: How will we fund it? Service and fundraising efforts go hand in hand. And committee members will work hand in hand to make a difference in the community or around the world.
